Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Northlake

My husband booked us a 2bedroom suite but upon arrival We were unable to stay due to the property having a fire and it led to water damage, there was 2 young ladys at the front desk one was coming in and the other was goin out the young lady goin out Diamond seen our frustration and turned around to help us and stated that they only had one bedrooms available she was off the clock and offered to walk us up and show us a room and we was good with the room shown but expedia was giving us a hard time with changing our room so we were unable to stay, the point i want to make is she stayed until the final decision and was so polite and caring and very helpful and was not rude or unpatient at any moment and was originally walking out the door to go home!!!! Thank You so much for your patience!!!

This hotel is horrible roach infested . Not all staff but number of them very unprofessional. No management skills no decision making skills as management. Can’t get clean towels when you need it . You have to constantly get keys everyday because they have to reuse the same keys . Breakfast sucks . No hot food to offer guest for the price they charge you should atleast have some kind of hot breakfast. The ice machine don’t work they have a room supposed to be used for guess but they don’t allow you to sit and be on your laptop to do business they block it off only certain guest is allowed to use it . And corporate sucks as well all they do is lie they never solve the issue at hand or they never call you back to follow up . This hotel needs to be closed down and exterminated and thoroughly cleaned. And upper management needs a great deal of training

I enjoyed my stay and I loved the staff as well. As long as you follow the rules then you won't have a problem

The customer service employee is tremendous here. The front desk clerk Faith; is truly a grand employee and really helpful in all ways.. She should be a manager or given a raise. This was my first stay at the property And I felt like I was home and not tricked out my money. Definitely recommended to others. Spectacular property!

Off the subject::I black women, their rhythm, their thickness, when their fussy and more. Most importantly I appreciate the aggressiveness and thought I needed to get away from it but I realized I can't go passive on certain things like: hustling to get extra money. Or being cool with that serenity prayer. No stressing. Etc. That sista' brought me and I need her to take me out. Ascension. She gets me in a way that I need right now. A good memory: I'm no gangsta but ole girl was from humble beginnings and she speculated on a potential scrimmage that seemed to want to manifest, a suspect moment, you know, ziggas looking like they want to try.... and I had no fear in the moment and my thoughts were: you better have one for me. And I meant that shyt. Her eyes were too beautiful in sun. And there was no questions, no hesitation in my desire to go without dopamine eyes. Sista' girl eternal

The staff (Darlene, Teresa, and Diamond) were very nice and helped me out tremendously. There were able to get me set with no problems. I would recommend if you in the area.

This hotel is in a very convenient location to great dining and good entertainment. The rooms are always up to par! This isn’t the ST.REGIS, sometimes the house keepers may miss a thing two. Be considerate to them, they’re human like the rest of us. They work very hard to accommodate our reservations. My favorite staff member is Ms. Kamilah. She is very knowledge, forthcoming and professional. Her attitude literally brightens the entire lobby! I would surely recommend this place to friends, family and travelers. Thanks ESA!

I stayed here for about two months in Oct/Nov 2021 doing a travel nurse assignment. Love the fact that the room has a kitchen with a large refrigerator. The wifi is great. The laundry room is card operated which is convenient. The price is the best in the surrounding area for what you get. It’s also a fairly safe area being located in Tucker. Unfortunately the building is old and needs repair and a remodeling. I saw a few bugs. It has a smell so I used air freshener plug ins for my room. There are frequently kids running around from the rooms at the end of the hall so it can get really noisy. The best part has been the customer service, especially from Angela who always took care of my reservations and others at the desk who gave me towels and made me feel at home. The repairs person and the manager Ms. T were always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend. The hotel is a good value for what you pay for.
